 I am responsible for running the Fundacja TechSoup office and for the coordination of the team. My responsibilities cover the day to day running of the foundation, including being responsible and accountable for defining and delivering on the strategic direction of the organisation both as a foundation in Poland and as a regional hub for TechSoup Global. 

I love scuba diving.

Michał Szwarc Head of Global Operations

I take care of our partners and affiliates in terms of their operational, technical, legal or business needs. In my spare time I contribute in TechSoup Global future directions in expanding our network in terms of new services as well as global and local donors.

I am interested in people, always looking for passionate and creative individuals.

Jakub Szymański Partner Support Coordinator

I am responsible for operational and technical support of Fundacja TechSoup global partner organizations, as well as training and taking care of new partners joining our network. I am also a member of a team working on the implementation of the Global Libraries programme.

I love sun, heat, travels and surprises (all).

Alicja Peszkowska Communications Specialist and CDI Network Coordinator

I work as a Communications Specialist as well as a Community Manager, and share my time between the Fundacja TechSoup and the Community Driven Innovations teams. I focus on writing and copying with the social media outreach about and for social change driven by new technologies. I also run NetWtorek events in Warsaw.

I love tomato soup.

Adam Gieniusz International Parterships Supervisor

I work with a number of TechSoup's NGO partners in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. My role focuses on ensuring effective communication between TechSoup and our global network partners.

I love travelling and reading. I’m also a life coach.

Dorota Dublanka HR Business Partner

I am supporting the team in all HR issues – having over 10 years strong HR management experience. I am a mentor and business coach (ICC). My main focus is to evolve talents – creative, openminded, focused on team work, community and technology.

I have a fantastic teenage daughter Magda who dreams to pass IB at 2014. I love life, sunny mornings, dancing latino, dreaming to learn and dance tango in Argentina and visit Bhutan.
